On May 6th, the Leadership Contest Committee (LCC) presented Terms of
Reference to Bob Hale regarding rejected membership applications from the Meadow
Lake Constituency. This is the final report of that investigation.

Terms of Reference: Hale Investigation
Concerns have arisen in relation to 1100 membership applications from the Meadow Lake Constituency submitted in April 2009 by the Dwain Lingenfelter Campaign to the NDPand the LCC has also determined that it is necessary to investigate the circumstances surrounding the aforementioned membership applications. This is the terms of reference for that investigation.

Leadership Convention Rules
These are the rules adopted at the October 2008 council meeting. These
rules govern the conduct of the leadership race and create the
Leadership Contest Committee to oversee the fairness of the process.
